Kickstart Voice provides AI receptionist services including call answering, lead qualification, and appointment booking. Our services are designed to help businesses manage incoming calls more efficiently.

2. Payment

Payment terms are discussed during the consultation and outlined in your service agreement. All payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

2. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions or technical issues.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate business information and maintain updated call handling instructions. Client is responsible for the content and accuracy of information provided to the AI.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kickstart Voice is not liable for lost business, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Any prepaid fees for unused service will be prorated and refunded.
